 Sterling & Hearth.  All sales are final. Returns, cancellations , or exchanges are not accepted. Due to the custom, premium nature of our designer crystal fixtures, all purchases are structurally non-reversible.

transit and defect coverage: If a luxury feature arrives damage or has a factory defect, your investments is 100% protected. Clear photo evidence must be emailed to info@sterlingandhearth.com within 48 hours of a carrier delivery tracking verification. We will instantly coordinate with the manufacturer to send out brand-new factory replacement parts or a replacement unit straight to your porch at absolute zero cost to you.

Items  must be fully inspected upon arrival, and any structural transit damage must be noted as “Damage upon arrival” On the delivery receipt before signing.
